The main student body within SLIIT, comprising student representatives of the Departmental societies in Information Technology, Engineering, and Business Management. The patrons of the society are the Chancellor and Vise Chancellor of SLIIT. SIS together with the respective student communities, organize various events, maintains decorum and adheres to rules, upholding the good name of the institute.

The Pro Vice-Chancellor Research and International Office will assist you in finding private accommodation facilities during your stay at SLIIT. Private housing facilities are available to both male and female students within easy reach of SLIIT Malabe Campus.
