Leo Club of SLIIT together with SLIIT conducted an O/L Mathematical workshop on 7th of November at Sri Sumangalodaya M.V , Kalahe. The purpose of the workshop was to uplift the mathematical knowledge of the students and this was presented by SLIIT students.

SLIIT conducted a workshop on Personal development Skills for the students of Mianz International College, Male, Republic of Maldives. The workshop was conducted by Head, Department of Information Systems Engineering, Dr. Samantha Thelijjagoda. This is an another step that has taken by SLIIT to promote its international relationships. The event was organized by SLIIT International Affairs Unit with the guidance of Prof Mahesha Kapurubandara.

The SLIIT School Reach Initiative, along with SLIIT Codefest, successfully hosted an engaging session on the emerging field of Artificial Intelligence for students of St. Mary’s National College, Veyangoda, on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. The session included an interactive poster presentation and was conducted by Mr. Samadhi Rathnayake, Lecturer, and Mr. Nushkan Nisme, Assistant Lecturer, representing from Faculty of Computing – SLIIT.

SLIIT was able to put another remarkable step ahead in the Sip Saviya – SLIIT School Reach initiative by successfully conducting 04 parallel inspirational sessions for A/L Students of Senanayake Central College (National School) Madampe, Chilaw on Thursday 10th of November 2022.
The commerce session was delivered on the topic of “Financial freedom and Market Segmentation” and this session was conducted by Dr. Nisha Jayasuriya – Assistant Professor / Head | Department of Business Management of SLIIT Business School. Students preparing for their G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations were able to gain valuable insights related to their A/L syllabus. This session was organized and coordinated by Mr. Mihiran Weerathunga from SLIIT Marketing Department in-collaboration with Puttalam District Secretariat Office.

Students preparing for their G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations were able to gain valuable insights on Networking Concepts related to their IT Syllabus. This session was organized and coordinated by Mr. Mihiran Weerathunga from SLIIT Marketing Department in-collaboration with Puttalam District Secretariat Office.
