Welcome to the School of Nursing
The School of Nursing at SLIIT Faculty of Humanities and Sciences prepares students for meaningful careers in healthcare through a comprehensive curriculum and extensive clinical training. Students learn the fundamentals of patient care, healthcare ethics, pharmacology, and critical care, supported by a state-of-the-art Nursing Skills Lab. The programs offered emphasizing evidence-based practice, patient-centered care, and community health engagement. With experienced faculty and clinical placements, students gain hands-on experience in real-world healthcare settings. The school aims to develop skilled, compassionate, and adaptable nursing professionals who can contribute to improved health outcomes both locally and globally.
