This study aimed to utilize the pomegranate by-product to formulate antioxidant-rich beverage with spices (cardamom, ginger, and Cinnamon).
 
1. To optimize the drying processes of pomegranate peel to produce pomegranate tea.
2. To formulate the beverage developed by hot water infusion technique with spices.
3. To study the antioxidant, anticancer and antibacterial activity of pomegranate tea.
4. To evaluate the bioactive compounds and nutrients of pomegranate tea.
5. To evaluate the cost and pricing to market the product.
