The SLIIT Professional Development Program (PDP) Division successfully conducted a specialized training session on Project Management for professionals from DIMO PLC on 02nd December 2024 at the DIMO Mercedes Benz Centre.

The session was conducted by Dr. Madhawa Herath, Head of Academics at SLIIT Kandy Uni. and provided participants with a comprehensive overview of key project management principles. The training covered essential areas such as an introduction to project management and its lifecycle, project scope and time management, cost budgeting, and a briefing on the remaining knowledge areas including risk, quality, human resources, stakeholder, communication, procurement, and integration management.

The session proved to be highly productive, fostering insightful discussions and enabling practical knowledge sharing among the participants.
