The SLIIT Professional Development Programs (PDP) Division, in collaboration with the SLIIT Enrolment Team, successfully conducted a dynamic Communication Skills Development Training Workshop for a selected group of professionals from Nature’s Beauty Creations Limited. Held at the Nature’s Beauty Creations Training Center in Horana, the workshop offered engaging and interactive sessions designed to enhance workplace effectiveness.

Key focus areas included mastering effective communication, sharpening negotiation skills, developing leadership excellence, building high-performing teams, and managing time for success. The training created a valuable platform for participants to gain practical insights and elevate their professional capabilities.
