Ecological rehabilitation of canals in Colombo: a design to harmonies flood control and physical heterogeneity

Supported by a grant from the National Research Council, Sri Lanka, the project seeks to develop sustainable design strategies that enhance urban resilience, improve water flow, and restore ecological balance. The study emphasizes integrating natural elements into urban infrastructure to create a healthier and more adaptive canal system for the city.
