The SLIIT Faculty of Engineering is recognized as the epicenter of engineering education, research, knowledge creation, and distribution in Sri Lanka. The faculty’s diverse degree programmes - local and foreign provide students not only with the technical skills necessary to practice their profession, but also a vision and perspective that serve as a guide throughout their careers. The Faculty of Engineering is at the forefront of applying new practices to foster critical thinking, creativity, innovation, originality and excellence.
The Engineering programmes - foreign and local, immerse students in a learning community, providing a solid foundation in engineering with a hands-on and experiential learning environment.
