Hockey at SLIIT fosters physical fitness, teamwork, and leadership while offering competitive and recreational opportunities. Open to all students, it builds confidence, mental well-being, and strategic thinking. Guided by expert coaches, players grow through training, tournaments, and Colours Award recognition.
