As a prominent Faculty, SLIIT Business School has advanced another step by conducting initial discussions with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM Sri Lanka), which is the only professional body for Human Resource Management in Sri Lanka. This discussion was focused on enhancing the academic collaboration & research collaboration and it was headed by Prof. Samantha Thelijjagoda (Dean, SLIIT Business School) and Mr. P.G. Tennakoon (Chief Executive Officer- CIPM Sri Lanka). Senior academic staff members and Senior Managers of CIPM Sri Lanka were participated for the discussion.
