"SciFest 2025, organized by the Department of Applied Sciences, SLIIT Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, was successfully held on 11th July. The event was graced by Prof.
Udeni Nawagamuwa, General President of Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science (SLAAS), as the Chief Guest.
Highlights of the day included a science quiz competition that tested students’ knowledge and understanding of cutting-edge scientific concepts, and a young innovators' competition that showcased the creativity and innovation of both school and SLIIT students.
