Dr. Virajith Gamage, Senior Lecturer (HG) of SLIIT Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, conducted the session on the topic of “Action Research,” with the goal of empowering and developing future educators with essential skills and attitudes needed to strengthen in the field of education. Over 435 interns and lecturers attended this event. The participants gained in-depth knowledge of Action Research as well as valuable information and guidance on how to become a successful teacher with international acclaim. Furthermore, the SLIIT Marketing team briefed the participants on the avenues available at SLIIT to master their skills and knowledge in order to succeed in their journey to become globally recognised future educators.
