"A One Day Workshop on #Biology Laboratory Experimentation organized by the Faculty of Humanities and Sciences of SLIIT took place at the Campus premises on 17th August 2018.  
Secondary school #teachers from both National and Private schools such as Lyceum International School, Leeds International School, OKI International School, Munidasa Kumaratunga Vidyalaya, Linfield International College and Nakano International school attending this programme to gain hands on experience on laboratory experimentation through this workshops. 
The workshop was conducted by Prof. Colin Peiris, Director Academic Development and Quality Assurance, SLIIT, Prof. Sriyani Peiris, Emeritus Professor University of Peradeniya, and Dr. Charitha Jayaruk, Senior Lecturer, School of Natural Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences, under the guidance of Dr. Malitha Wijesundara, Dean, SLIIT Faculty of Humanities and Sciences.
