Ms. Thisuru Dias is a passionate educator with a strong record of academic excellence and extensive industry expertise in Software Quality Assurance and Project Management. Her experience spans both professional practice and teaching, reflecting her dedication to knowledge sharing and skill development. She possesses a well-rounded skill set encompassing both practical and theoretical aspects of software quality assurance, project management, and process improvement. Her expertise includes training and coaching, delivering impactful presentations, risk management, and effective stakeholder collaboration. With a deep commitment to education, she has been actively involved in teaching a diverse range of modules.

Ms. Dias holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Westminster (UK) and an MSc in Information Systems from SLIIT, where she was awarded the Best Performance Award in 2022. She also achieved recognition as the 1st Runner-Up in the 2022 Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition organized by IEEE Techverse Sri Lanka.

As a Lecturer at SLIIT, she actively engages in research and innovation, striving to equip students with the skills and knowledge essential for success in an ever-evolving technological landscape.
