                                                Chapa is a dynamic person who is equipped with professional as well as academic qualifications and experience. She has experience in the education industry, Manufacturing environment as well as in the retail environment.                                                                                               She has over 10 years of lecturing and training experience as a visiting faculty at ICBT, ISMM, IML, CILM. and SLIIT (closer to 2 years) for lecturing Bachelor’s degree (ICBT, Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK), International Diploma in Supply Chain Management (ITC, Geneva and University of the West Scotland, UK), Graduate Diploma (ISMM), Advance Diploma, OTHM(ICBT), BBA at SLIIT and certificate level courses and have conducted public and corporate trainings.
Moreover, she has over 25 years of invaluable industry experience in the fields of Logistics & Supply Chain Management and in Management Accounting in multinational organizations such as Ansell Lanka, Dufry, World Duty Free and local organizations such as ORG MARG SMART, Care Lanka and Enviro and Chapa has gained experience in strategic planning, operational planning, forecasting, organizing, logistics, procurement, warehousing, importing & exporting, strategy implementation, management accounting, manufacturing, customer service, negotiations, ERP systems multicultural communications and in managing multidisciplinary people in various departments & countries..  Chapa has also received overseas training on multicultural cultural communication, Sales & Operational planning (S&OP), strategic and manufacturing planning.
Further, she has hold management positions such as Country Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Manager, Manager Supply Chain and Sustainability, Planning Manager and as Assistant Manager Supply Chain. 
Chapa is equipped with a B.Sc. degree, research-based Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, international diploma in Supply Chain Management (ITC, Geneva) and Management Accounting (CIMA). Moreover, she has got trained from Colombo Toast masters Club and is an accredited Training of Trainer (TOT) for the MLS of ITC, Geneva.
Chapa is dedicated to enhancing the supply chain field in Sri Lanka and interested in working towards personal and educational development of students and entrepreneurs for the betterment of the society.
