Playing Volleyball at SLIIT
At SLIIT, volleyball promotes personal growth, wellness, and leadership. Open to all students, it offers recreational and competitive opportunities. With expert coaching, structured training, and Colours Awards recognition, players develop skills, teamwork, and resilience while competing in state and non-state university tournaments.

There are no specific qualifications required to join the SLIIT Volleyball Team. All you need is a genuine interest and passion for volleyball. If you enjoy playing the game or are eager to learn, that's the perfect reason to join the team and grow together with fellow athletes.

No. All sports activities, including volleyball, are completely free for all SLIIT students.
Yes. You are expected to follow the basic code of conduct and venue rules explained by the Sports Unit, Coach, or Team Captain during your first practice session. Respect, punctuality, discipline and team ethics are essential values promoted within the SLIIT Volleyball community.
