The event brought back the competitive spirit of university gaming to the forefront. With over 500 attendees and 100+ player registrations, the tournament featured four major titles: PUBG Mobile, COD Mobile, Free Fire, and Mortal Kombat 11. The event boasted a prize pool of LKR 70,000, and all finals were live-streamed, making it one of the biggest gaming events at SLIIT in recent years.

GameFest 2K25
GameFest 2K25 took place on 1st March 2025 and was organized by the SLIIT Gaming Community after a six-year gap since the last GameFest in 2018.
