Chalani Kuruppu is a Senior Lecturer in the SLIIT Business School, Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, Malabe, Sri Lanka. Her subject areas are Human Capital Management,Total Quality Management, Financial Accounting, Economics, and Management. In addition to her teaching subjects related to the fields of business, she has performed as the second-year and fourth-year students' coordinator. Furthermore, she is a member of the SLIIT Business School Quality Cell (SBSQC), and she has functioned as one of the members of the Internal Quality Assurance Unit (IQAU) at SLIIT. Also, she was the main coordinator for the SoftSkills+2020 program held by the SLIIT Business School.She has further served as the Secretary of Alumni of SLIIT Business School from 2018 to 2021. Currently, she is performing as the Assistant Secretary of the SLIIT Alumni Association.
